Went to downtown Metz yesterday, and it was pretty awesome. Walked around the shops and stuff, ate king cake (which was delicious), and rode the Ferris wheel. I tried to get a good picture from the top, but it wouldn't come out the way I wanted. Anyway, here are a few pictures.

Anyway, since it takes so long to upload pictures, I'm not going to put all of them up. I can show them to whoever wants to see them whenever I get back. And, since school starts tomorrow, I should begin preparing for a long, hard, interesting semester!! Au revoir!

ReplyDeleteI'm soo jealous that you're living in such a cute town! I'm dying at that king cake.. I want it! My favorite pic is the bus getting through the crowded street lol, I didn't know that happened anywhere else besides India. Have you befriended any locals??
ReplyDeleteHaha, I'm technically not living in that part of the town, our area looks a lot different. Yeah, I met a few people that are grad students at GTL. Does that count?
